Performance Exhaust Fabricator in Hampshire?

I don't suppose anybody know any half decent Custom exhaust places around here?

I've tried Electromec and they were prohibitively expensive, Stealth Systems appear to have closed as well.

Even though they're not in Hampshire, you could try Janspeed in Salisbury.

They fitted some cut-outs to my Vette which involved welding on some flanges and fabricating some stubby downpipes. Was well impressed - they took the existing system off and put it in a jig in case it deformed during welding, even though the work could have been done in situ.

You could always give Longlife a shout in Basingstoke - very quick and efficient service, great quality finish and very reasonable - I even got a slight refund when they couldn't exactly give me what I wanted due to the silly location of my fuel tank!

Go along with that recommendation, they give you a varied choice in design and exhaust note, after sales is excellent.
They are a franchise, and I used the Carshalton branch.

If your near Portsmouth then I think my garage can fabricate an exhaust. The fitted my H&S to the Noble and they said they could of made it better?

Workmanship is excellent. They won't let the job go until they are 100% happy with it.

Performance and Custom arnt too things that go together unless you've got a shed load of money. If possible I would recommend using a well known manufacture, Remus have really good build quality, Janspeed are known to rust.

Longlife, Powerflow and the likes are more for looks and noise.

I have thought about it but have you seen the cost of those for what you get? Im not sure supersprint do one for the E61 either. Its a differnent shaped system to the E60 and there aint many alternatives.

ah, just seen this thread.....I will be looking for a one-off system made up soon

looking at Janspeed etc who want car shipped off to their premises, but ideally would like someone who can work on the car in situ in Fareham and take bits back and forth to bend/fab/weld etc- bit of an ask I realise, but car is fairly immobile just now. Oh and looking for quality job, otherwise i would lash up something myself- anyone you know up for a pipe bending challenge?

I will soon need another exhaust for the Stagea, so was looking custom as it needs to be reasonably quiet still, and importing something will cost around the same as a custom.

I saw the recommendation for Edge, who are local, has anyone else used them? Or recommend somewhere near Farnham?

I can thoroughly reccomend torque technique in Wilton Salisbury. They removed all the silencers on my monaro and it sounded bloody amazing!!. Mick does alot of race car systems and can do anything from custom manifolds etc. His fabricating skills are immense (I had a flick through his portfolio whilst I was waiting) and he's a nice chap to boot.
