Dirt 2, Colin McRae tribute

Picked this up the other day on the cheap, just done the McRae challenge. The video at the end was brilliant, makes you a bit teary!

I loved that part, and the "for colin" acheivement. Really was a bit teary. Nice that codemasters made the effort to remember him, in a game which really wasn't a proper CMR title.

Still a good game mind.

Yep, was a nice touch. His Mk2 Escort is fun too.

Its when you complete the Colin McRae Memorial Rally.

From memory its one of the last events in Malaysia, 3 rally stages in the Escort Mk2

This thread got me playing it again yesterday & levelled up enough to win the X Games America event unlocking the fabled MK II & 6R4.

Great game, good online too.

Brilliant fun, the rally stages make it worth it, even if its not overly realistic, it has a good realistic feel. If that makes sense, sliding from corner to corner, full throttle missing rocks by inches is brilliant fun.

A little PH Jam on Dirt 2 would be good if interest is there, getting back into this recently, a grid full of 6R4`s then some Mk 2`s sounds a recipe for top fun.
