Satan lives in my exhaust

So, my CCC cans arrived this week and I had time to get them fitted this afternoon...
Oh my. I think it's the first time I've had a car that's "loud enough". And my Cerb had sports pipes on it, too. The noise isn't as good a quality - it's a bit hollow; with mild-pangs of lax-power to it, but it's sooooooo much better than standard, and sooooooo loud. I swear CCC have filled the cans with essence-of-evil.
Time to go and scare some l'il old ladies...

Actually reading that back, it looks like I want to pull old men or young boys.
I'll just get my coat.

Well, have been in the process ot apartment shopping for the last 2 months (fussy bugger me).
I am moving primarily because I don't want the car to be right on the ocean. My current place is and every morning although I am parked underground the sea air deposits its crap all over the Jeeps. A right bloody pain in the backside. Big Mara can't fit into any car park so has to be left outside and hence cleaned everytime I use it.
Managed to find a very nice place on the bay and haggled for the parking spot right next to the lift (which is out of sight and out of reach of the ocean). Just finalising everything this week and it should be sweet.
However, managed to put my neck out of joint on Friday and this has slowed everything down. I am sure the heavens are conspiring against me and my god given right to enjoy Tuscan ownership.
Anyway, there are a few around I have been keeping an eye on. Been in touch with a quite a few dealers and have discovered which ones haven't the faintest idea when it comes to manners/service. It will make more sense when I can get the five senses involved in the process. Yes that includes taste
Back as soon as everything is in place here which should be over the weekend. I will not be leaving until I see the blasted ship set sail.

Chim450, have you found the sound from the Carbon Cans mellow at all over time? I know of a few Griff & Chim owners who've had slightly max-power sounds when first putting sports zorsts on that've sounded much better after a couple of weeks... was just hoping the CCC ones on the Tusc would do the same!

Can you get the Tusc decatted???? Go on..... you know it makes sense
See you and your new beast on sunday
CCC are currently working on de-cat pipes for the Tuscan.

Although... I think it's quite loud enough (and raw enough sounding) as it is. Could do with shooting some flames out of the rear, though!

Not really, they are fairly inoffensive if you stay below 3000 rpm, however go above that and as you no doubt have found there is a cacophony of noise to rival the hounds of hell!
