Had an email from these people today, the previous incarnation was Stagonset who I have found very useful in the past for small orders.

Have been doing some searching recently for UNC fasteners for our 3000M and never managed to find these folks in my googling. Shame as they look to have a good range and a decent website.
Ironically I did find them when looking for Mikalor hose clips having seen them in another thread.
Look like a useful resource and good prices.
Unless of course someone else knows of a better source?

I got a lot of bolts from a fasteners company in Loughborough owned by the parents of a guy I used to work with.
Admittedly I used BZP but they had quite a few of the imperial sizes that I needed on the V8 engine (you Ford V6 boys are just spoilt!)
If you're interested I'll find out what they are called - I just told my colleague what I needed and he turned up with them a couple of days later, it made the refurb a lot easier!

Always interested in knowing alternative suppliers.BTW Stagonset now Westfield Fastners, was great at suppling small quantities just as they were needed, they usually posted same day so with the next day. Not the cheapest especially for quantity but so convienent
Thanks for this thread, could be very timely for me as the restoration has begun! Body hopefully comes off saturday evening (will cost me some beers in exchange for muscle power of friends!). If anyone wants come to Doncaster to join the party then let me know!
Back to the point: Having looked at what I've taken off so far I will probably replace everything. has anyone got a list? I wouldn't normally ask but knowing you lot I wouldn't be surprised! It's an S1 by the way. If not, I guess it's down to putting them all into a big box then measuring up!

Thanks - please let me know as I work in Loughborough. Always good to know where to get imperial sizes in a hurry even if not stainless.

Probably not as cheap as buying individually but does save the agro of working out what you need before you take them off. Delivery was very rapid.
Just be careful as although he lists the sets for TVR's in some cases the lengths may be different to the original donor e.g 3000M manifold bolts are 1" rather than 1 1/4" for a 3l Capri. It's a TVR after all!

Personally I wouldn't use stainless bolts for suspension / brake components. Probably engine manifold bolts too.

I'll take the risk on manifold bolts for the 3000M which are (relatively) easy to get to. I'd think harder for Cologne engine!
