Just wondering..

I don't seem to go to bed till 1.00am (ish) and only sleep for 6 hours, where most of my mates need 8 hours minimum.

I think at the moment it varies, but the usual is about 5-6 hours.

Average for the last 2 years is probably 4-5 hours a night during the week, then a bit of a sleep in on weekends.

I try to get 7 but it's often 6 because I think sleeping is a waste of time. I won't dip under 4 hours as a rule unless I absolutely have to get on with work. There was a 2 week period coming to the end of my second year of uni where I'd get 2 hours a "night" between 5 and 7am frown

pretty much as many as i want at the moment- the joys of being a student. I try to get in 8 per night. I certainly average about 8 hours a night over a week.

6 or so.

Could do with 8 tbh.

(I don't have to be in work till 10, hence getting away with going to bed at 2)

5-6 for me too, although I could probably do with more. Can't switch off if I'm in bed too early though. Tonight is a classic example; 2am and the alarm is set for 07:30. That's typical for me.

Generally 5 hours or so when I'm working (nightshifts). It's very broken sleep though, tend to wake up a few times so probably getting less than 4. Feel pretty st most weeks.

5 or 6 hours. I tend to wake at the same time regardless of when I go to sleep.

Varies really - when I'm up early for work I manage on about 6 hours, then when I'm on nights I'll only have 4 or 5 hours during the day.

On my days off I catch up and I'll happily have 9 or 10 hours a night.

On holiday, or longer breaks from shift work, I naturally settle into around 8 hours a night.

5 maybe 6 hours of broken sleep a night. Its been this way for well over 2-3 years now. When I do get to lie in at weekends I get about 5 hours solid and then another 2-3 light resting/sleep.

If I get around 8 hours I feel amazing, much more than that and I feel sleepy all day.
