Q3 Advance GDP plumments - we must stop the cuts

Oh wait, it actually rose .8% on the quarter, against expectations of .4%. What will Labour bleat about in PMQ now?
As no cuts have actually been implemented yet doesn't this actually prove that Gordon Browns' spending splurge was the right thing to do? The coalition haven't actually done anything yet.

I think that sentiment is going to be the biggest factor determining whether the economy continues to grow or contract, and all of the negative press reports don't help improve sentiment. A bit of good news today (and the pound has strengethened which always cheers me up), let's hope there is more to come.

It's rather simplistic to think that all good news since the election is down to Dave and any bad news is the fault of the last lot.
