what do you think ,can get insurance discount after course.

Assume they are brokers?
Are they using good ins co's?
Are the competitive pre discount?

I have done several days with Carlimits and can highly recommend them. I have never come across any insurance discounts because of them though. I am not sure insurers much like the idea of limits handling...

I have been tempted but so far i've just done two Ride Drive days, which i highly recommend and I think some insurance companies do give discounts as they are on the road training.

Don't let that put you off as it is a spirited day out and you learn masses.
However, the carlimits does look good from a 'knowing what it can do' perspective.

I've done two with of the these - the chap that runs them (Andrew Walsh) is fantastic; massively talented and very patient! Well worth the money (both in raw cost and cost of tyres)

My Chim is insured with REIS (who I also highly recommend) and they gave me a 10% discount for having done a day (valid as long as it was done within the last three years I recall).

i have done Andrew Walsh's North Weald half day and was well worth it. Am now driving with even more confidence and ability

re tyres- if you make sure you pump them up to at least 30 all round they shouldn't be too bad.

I did carlimits full day in my chim in the height of summer(bone dry) fantastic fun and educational, did run my t1r s at 40+Psi to save on tyrewear, probably used around 1-2mm.
