Speedo stopped working....

Hi there,

Speedo has stopped working all of a sudden, it was working fine last weekend. Needle does not move at all.

Any thoughts anybody ?

It's probably the cold weather. Mine does the same. Does it start working when the gear box oil get hot? About 15 milles at least in this weather.

I don't think its a gearbox oil temp problem - more likely the speedo electronics don't work properly till they have been powered on for a bit and got some heat in them, electronics with temp related faults isn't uncommon.

Actually only travelled about a mile so hopefully it'll come to life on a longer drive tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
