Any suggestions for a decent Las Vegas restaurant?

I am entertaining (paying for) upto 20 customers, so want something mid-priced....maybe a steak restaurant or a Tex Mex type of place. Some where on the strip would be good?

Thank you.

Craftsteak in the MGM Grand. Best steak I've EVER had!!! Not the cheapest mind but if your willing to spend a few extra dollars then you wont be disappointed.

Craftsteak is awesome, bit pricey if you've 20 to feed but well worth it as said. Stripsteak and Mandalay Bay is great too, similar thing (obviously!)

In the middle of the 'casual dining' scale House of Blues is hard to beat IMO, depending on who they've got playing there's a strong chance you'll get some cracking live music too.

Jean-Georges Steakhouse - Aria. AWESOME..

Not what you asked but try;
Sage in the Aria is amazing.. - Very expensive though so would rule that out for 20 of you! Another is TAO restaurant in The Venitian.

Thanks for suggestions so far.

As I say we are entertaining 20 people (food and drink) and whilst we don't want to appear some what tight, I dont want to break the bank either so I am really looking for mid priced place maybe $40 to $50 a head max?

Margaritaville,

http://www.margaritaville.com/

A plate of Nacho's taller than my head, and one of the nicest steaks I have ever had.

It was 3 years ago that we went, and it still gets talked about amongst our lot.

But if you wanted to upcase a bit, try the cheesecake factory, Was a good midprice meal, and caterd for a group of 16 admirally.

If you wanted to splash a bit more, Prime Grill in the Belagio.

A meal for the missus and I was $500, but well worth it.

PF Chang at Planet Holywood?

Circo in Bellagio is very good but might be a bit expensive.

PF Chang was hideous! All the sauces were the same just with a hint of a different flavour, the meat used was awful and the service was shocking!

I went once a few weeks ago. My food was delicious (admittedly I only tried one dish), the meat was nice, and the service was good. Seems we had differing experiences, fancy that!

Maybe my dinner was tainted by the waiter taking my beer away because i didn't have i.d.. frown

However, the dishes reminded me of my local take away chinese - all 'msg' crap! :/

Money no object, it would be Del Frisco's.

I had a veal porterhouse that was easily the best piece of steak I've ever tasted.

But then it should be at $57
