EOS 10D fault advice

My old 10D has developed a Flash Memory issue. When I insert a card I get a Flash Error and when I try to format it tries to set the limit to about 3M and then shuts down then reads Error 99. Ive tried buying a new battery and new flash card but to no avail. As this is getting to be an ancient bit of kit its hard to justify getting it repaired but I wondered if anybody has come across this fault or knows of any low cost Canon repair outfit that I can send it to.
