Fame at last, but I must defer to Lucca's pic, superb. Hey Pies do you recognise Tony's lab? All gone now. The ground has been levelled awaiting rebuild, so the polish will soon be back on the priority list.

Yes, nice pic Diane. Sorry to see the factory like that. I remember you telling me about it, but that looks even worse than you described. Hope it all comes up roses in the end though.

Thanks Bryan, not if insurers have their way. Had to get a poignant reminder before demolition. Hey we've still got the Tusc so life cant be that bad. What do they say "Always look on the bright side of life". Hope its true.

That car is certainly difficult to photograph and get it to "zing"

I've got a couple but still not right

I know exactly what you mean. Its one of those colours that is difficult to register on film or digital with the same faithful reproduction of the human eye. Its not just Crystal Topaz, there are several TVR colours that appear better in the GRP than on film. The only way to enjoy it, is to have it with you.

Going up to the factory on Tuesday to see it!! Excited, but really going to miss Sparkles! It's been a fabulous car, and I really can't fault it in any respect. Taking the camera though!!

How are you both?

We are good, all things considered, we are biding our time till the Motor Show before deciding whether to change cars. Too many rumours, but do have it on good authority that a remodelled Tusc may be unveiled. Are you going to Show? If so let us know when, and we could maybe catch up over a beer!

We certainly will be! It'd be good to meet up for a few! By the way, are you going to Le Mans or Le Mans Classic? We're organising a trip to the classic & it'd be great to see you!
I'll give you a buzz at the weekend & catch up!

Unfortunately, previous Le Mans have been a very expensive alcoholic haze with an embarrassingly small ammount of the race seen,ie,pit lane walk, the start, and then oblivion.Je suis banned now. (hides head in shame)
Yeah lets catch up at the weekend, daresay a bottle or two may be involved.

No, they've saved them for months when they don't get enough pics sent in...

Pies - if I recall your shiny 'shinier than a very shiny thing' S was in not so long ago - H&S advised them that they'd have to include free 3D shades with the next issue with your photos in it!

What exactly happened to the building behind Lady Topaz's Tuscan? - did someone do that deliberately (arson)?, was it a gas explosion? or was it terrorism?

If it had been a precat Griffith I might have believed the exhaust did it but not a Tuscan.

It was arson, parts of the building had to be knocked down as they became unsafe

Sorry to hear that - hope they catch the culprits.
