there is that monthly autocar guide, which is basically all the dealer car in it for abt AED 10

Prices seem to depend on how many are on the market and how desperate people are to sell. The market probably isn't stable enough for a guide to be of any use as a significant proportion of sellers are always going to have an urgent need to sell.
