A subject close to my heart.

The rate is/ was around EUR 1.1400 dead to the £ at COB 06-Oct-2010, but was 1.20 only a month ago and as high as 1.24 over the summer.

Most of my salary is in EUR, so the strong Euro versus the pound is almost like 'free money'.

I can only hope the pound gets weaker still. All I am hearing is ........KERCCHING.

US - massive QE programme, Japan - zero interest rates. Well i suppose the Euro is the slowest in the rush to the bottom.
