Good after sales service from Jacobs.

I seem to recall a thread a few months ago that covered the after sales ground.

Note that I am not suggesting that others do not offer a good after sales service, merely that a few people, myself included, were able to report positively for the way Jacobs handled things.

I have never thought of them as cheap though, other than the odd special offer. Competitive for the Highstreet, yes, but not overall cheap in terms of internet prices, nor would I expect them to be.

I used their prices to to get a local jessops to price match - they were super cheap.

Never really shopped with them directly, but know a few people who have and all have reported good experiences.

Thanks, I do use that site. Have to admit my original post wasn't really to see if they were that cheap, they just happened to have a certain item for sale cheaper than anybody else on the day I wanted to order it. I cant explain why as I believe PH has rules about these things but, from what I heard today, I do believe it's finally being resolved . . .
