Cycling tour operators?

Could anybody please tell me who the best tour operators/travel agents are for cycling challenge event, tour and training camp holidays?

Similar to the following:
Etape/Marmotte & other international sportives/audaxes
LEJOG
Megavelanche
Race across America
etc.

I'm not looking for details about any specific event, rather which European tour operators specialise in such trips.

So far I can think of Grsham Baxter/Sporting Tours but who else is there? (particularly MTBing)

i ran trips for folks to megavalanche last 2 years, but am no longer in the business...

the first i know personally, the second i only know by reputation. both are good.

For Etape / Marmotte a lot of people go indy although there are a few companies out there. If you struggle here let me know and i'll ask around
