Hello

I am a third year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Bath. I am currently working within a small group of fellow students, where we have been asked to design a mobile chassis dynamometer, capable of being transported to track days, race meetings, people's homes etc.

Within the group it is my responsibility to conduct the market research relating to the product that we are designing and the services that we intend to supply.

I have a questionnaire that is aimed at private car enthusiasts as well as smaller amateur or semi-professional race teams, and it aims to investigate the interest in the product we are designing of potential customers on today's market.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to fill in this questionnaire. Please contact me with an email address so that I can copy the address and paste into another e-mail server that enables me to send the questionnaire to you as an attachment.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks,

Will

On a standard fixed dyno I am always worried that the straps will break and the car will dissapear out the door at 130mph. I would need to be really convinced about the security holding the car to the dyno!
