God idea but you'll get old beds dumped there with "£100" price tickets on them!!

Put a lock on the bin store.

You need to put a lock on the bin store. Inform the bin services of the code. If they break it open charge them for the replacement. Additionally, give the contact number of the Managing Agents as a point of contact should the dustmen forget it.

A third party using the bin would be fly tipping surely? Dumping rubbish in an area you're not authorised to do so, for someone else to clean up.
