remove stepper motor on my v8s

I want to upgrade my ecu & get rid of the stepper motor & air flow meter has anyone got any recomendations ?

Might be worth asking on the Griff or Chim forums aswell (or have you already ?), lot more people on there into modifying/improving/up-grading V8s ?

If you want to stop the stepper adjusting the idle speed just unplug it while the engine is idling (yes while its running).
It might stall a bit when cold but otherwise will be fine.
