who set up the standard factory Sagaris/Noble?

Neill Anderson headed the suspension design at TVR, told me he spent a day with Bilstein and a Sag doing final testing with them on tiny changes to shims etc, but he didn't go to Noble afterwards. Thought Lee Noble did his own set-up

At least one other guy went to Marcos - bodywork/styling - if that's what you were thinking of maybe?

According to Ben Samuelson (as quoted in TVR - Always The Extrovert) John Miles was drafted in as a consultant for the Tuscan 2 and Sagaris, too. At Bilstein the name of their test driver who went to England for a week to work with TVR on the spring/damper set up, was mentioned to me but I'm afraid I forgot. It's one of the key test engineers there, though.

Maybe i've got it wrong, thought I read a motor article when the Sagaris first came out that TVR employed the guy who set up the Noble to set up the factory Sags.

Didn't Clarkson say as much on telly? IIRC he was wrong.

I am pretty sure it was Dan Boardman who did the suspension on the Sag (with some input from an independant TVR bodger)

Yep, as confirmed by Noble themselves, he was wrong. This was years ago, when their PR guy was contactable on here.

I did a Car Limits driving day in Jan 2004 with Andrew Walsh who had a Noble on loan to set up the suspension. I passengered in it during lunch and it was immense! Semi slick tyres, heavy rain, yet cornered with massive grip.
