Just thought I'd show my latest project!

I've had an Orange Evo 4 since they came out, it has had an ultimate battering since day 1. After a final battering at Whinlatter a few weeks ago the seat post was buggered, gears were shot, and had some very bent spokes, essentially all that was fine was the brakes and the frame!

I was tempted to flog the frame and buy a single speed, as I am going to Newcastle for uni soon and won't need the Orange anymore. However a friend where I work (an outdoor shop that has a bikes department) suggested I keep the orange and just make a single speed out of that, seemed like a good idea to me so the other day I left him with a SS conversion kit I got off eBay and the bike, here are the results:

(Apologies for the crappy iPhone quality)

Not had a chance to ride it yet so will report back!
