Speaking following the verdict at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Fagan said he had been "convicted with no facts" by "a white jury".

Fagan was convicted by Sheriff Joanna Johnston and not a jury. Sentence was deferred until next month.

It doesn't really matter whether he's likeable, good looking, bigotted, inarticulate or any good at drumming. From what's been released to the press, there doesn't appear to be any witnesses or independant evidence, so at 1st glance it's his word against theirs. I do hope there was more to the guilty verdict than the statements from a couple of 20 year old students out on the lash.

(Ndubz do appear to be embarrasingly hopeless but I'm too old to judge what's good these days)
