Canon DPP software

[neilr]

Hi,

Ive managed to loose my disc that came with my 550, after spending some time fruitlessly searching the canon website, does anyone know if it's possible to download it from there? Anf if so where! I need the timelapse function of the software thats all. Or am I going to have to call canon (i hope not). There's updates for the DPP software but I can#t see a full version for download.

Only updates are posted.

They should work if you already have the software installed and so a licence key in place.

If not .... well, you'll need a disk as far as I can tell.

From the site home page select SUPPORT and then the Software Download Centre link and go from there.

I think there is a fix you can do involving making a change to the registry that fools the updater into believing you've already got it installed thereby allowing a new installation. Search the Web to see how.
