For those that missed this on FB - Vicki and I had an offer accepted on this place yesterday.

Loads of space, parking, and entertaining room thumbup

Now we just have to hope the buying chain is ok, and the different English and Scottish legal systems can get on sensibly... Fingers crossed!

A bit far for a BBQ but if there is a local hotel a house warming could be well attended thumbup

Looks fantastic, and also looks a fantastic area/setting to bring up the Kiwi Jr's.

Good luck, hope all goes well, but this royally fks my "cheeky pint of Genius" on the way home..... hmmm well suppose its good I havent done my Scottish dealer visits yet hehe

Never fear Big D, I will be down south most Tuesday/ Wednesday nights, and more than happy to enjoy a cheeky one still smile

SAS Lunch/ Pies/ Beer on Wednesdays could be a good idea too wink

you do realise that the sas bbq is now going to have to be extended to a long weekend or a week long festival!!!

Amazing place! Housewarming ? wink (just when vicki thought she'd gotten far enough away to divert the SAS BBQ hosting to some other poor sof we turn up) sad to see you guys going though frown

Dont worry cas i know my mrs is wanting to hold a big bbq at ours for everyone at some point! but a trip up will still be a must!!
