Interview - Yes or no to nose ring?

The other half has a small nose ring and is convinced she needs to swap it for a small stud for an interview tomorrow.
I think she looks ok with it in (and removing it involves me with two pairs of needlenose pliers, which I do not enjoy), what is the PH concensus?

I would say take it out as personally as I would think it inappropriate for an interview,although it depends on what the job is going to be.

Take it out, chances are (depending on job) interviewer will generally be slightly older, and already very opinionated. Meaning, first impression may as well be walking in with her arse out.

Doesnt make it right, but its just the way society is, if its customer facing, or anything slightly professional then they will think " what will my client think?"

Outside of a tattoo shop it would 100% give a bad impression, why hinder your chances for the sake of a bit of metal in your nose? Which frankly looks awful anyway. IMO.

What do you do and what is the dress code for interviews?

I would have thought that any job I applied for I would understand the environment before I applied.
