Problems playing Blu-ray on PS3

I have recently bought Green Zone on Blu-ray and having trouble playing it on the PS3.

First time i bought it it would not play so exchanged it for a new copy which worked.

Once.

Now it wont play at all.

Tried it on a mates normal blu-ray player last night and it works.

My PS3 plays every other blu-ray disc fine. So why wont it play this one?

Disconnect the network cable


It's a common problem with Universal and Paramount disc containing BD Live, especially with new titles. The servers can cope with the demand when the discs try to connect to the BD Live extras which cause the disc loading slowdown. Not enabling the BD Live feature can also help.

I had this problem with Inglorius bds.

There is an option in the bd menu on the PS3 to tell it not to look for an internet connection. I've been fine since I disabled bd internet access.
