Said on this mornings news,
The erstwhile bin operative has obtained a buyer on his former pad.
£142,000
In some need of refurbishment,
Never mentioned the banger racing circuit or cock-fighting pit out back,
were offered at this price
Seems it was sold with all the land. It needs a bit of tidying up The erstwhile bin operative has obtained a buyer on his former pad.

but the price seems astonishing. A semi-detached bungalow described as derelict (and it is) in a Cheshire village near us just sold at auction for £166K. Worth £250K tops in perfect condition.Buyers market of course,
Although in this instance,
Seller probably would need that money, IWonder what he'd hve liked for it really.
I remember someone on here's brother helped create the demolition derby with his digger,
so there's one contribution to the local economy.
What might that property be worth restored.
(And landscaped) half mil?

he bought the house, called The Grange, for £340,000.
He spent a further £400,000 extending it and installing a swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Had he looked after it, the property is thought to have been worth at least £700,000.
Piss poor investment then if it would have ended up worth less when finished than it cost him to buy and extend...He spent a further £400,000 extending it and installing a swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Assuming all those cars and tractors are still there, it could be worth a bit, if not only in scrap - the tractors alone are worth a bob or two.

tload of money on restocking the gardens and bringing them back from the dead.Wonder if that's the last of his 'small change'
I know his mates/local pushers all got a wedge each or possibly a rangie'
Presumably his collection of medieval weaponry and the 'throne' he was often pictured on, have now gonew back to cash converterters,
There was always his mercedes man of course, the number plate should be worth a fiver

- he hosed £10M so we can assume that "investment" wasn't what he was thinking about when he bought the house.I don't know the area at all, but there are other 5 bed houses for £350K so it was probably never worth £700K. There's always hoardes of people looking for houses to fix up and it's been for sale for several months so a lot of people will surely have looked at it and walked away.
He spent his money on women, drink and partying so..where exactly did he waste it? can someone tell me

That looks like any other house in Norfolk. It's quite normal to have a load of cars dumped around ones house, those Norfolkians love their banger racing.
The obligatory truck and tractor is a must.
People love to hate Carroll, partly jelousy - liking the fact he's "lost" all that money, and a lot of spite directed at him. For a forum always deriding the media you sure do suck up all the rubbish they print about him.
I've met him and he was actually ok, bit dumb but not a bad person.
