Help me choose a used mtb frame!

I'm 6ft 3 though am finding my Rockhopper 21inch to be too long I'm considering swapping the frame for a ~19inch of some sort as i think it'll give me more confidence and make me more likely to ride. Would £200 be enough to get a decent used 19inch frame that i can stick all my Rockhopper's kit on?

If £200 is enough, could anyone recommend a frame?

Have a look at merlincycles.co.uk I bought one of their frames a couple of years ago and it was fine. I built it up myself using a gold LX group set, Easton bars, King headset and it was a very faithful old horse.

ETA they have a big sale on so you might get last years frames at a good price.

My 19.5" Iron Horse h/t frame is slightly too small for me at 6'4" - I've got a long back.

From my random looking around, i'm thinking a Santa Cruz Chameleon frame might be a good option. Does anyone have any opinions on whether that's a good move or not?

£20 on an 80mm stem would be a good step before you go for a new frame.

I have a MINT Giant XTC team 2009 frame, in the frame only colours, fully faced and reamed, FSA headset with carbon spacers, seatclamp, that I will let go for considerably less than £200.
Plenty of others bits that are going up for sale soon too, Fox F100's, Tubeless ZTR wheelset etc....

Blatant advertising I know!
