Canon 50D
Canon 24-105mm L lens
Kenko externsion tubes (varying combinations of 50mm and 32mm)
Canon 430EX flash on seperate stand fired through a white umbrella with pc cord adaptor
Manual exposure and manual flash (took a bit of trial and error to come up with my preferred settings) but between 1/60 and 1/200 shutter and F7-f16 aperture
Flash was mostly full power and adjusting the position to get the exposure, used some white card as a reflector when the flash was at the side to avoid too many shadows
Manual focus - I used the viewfinder to approximate the focus then the live view zoomed in to make it more precise.
