Oh, c'mon. Give it a rest hehe

You'd think they'd have learnt by now.

I hope the first question they ask her is " why did you send your child to a fee paying school" the silence will be far better than anything she has to say.

Already did that on the Today programme earlier in the week. 15 second silence.

She certainly gets a lot of air time in here. My favourite Labour MP of current times is a man of, er, vision. David Blunkett, for all his foibles, at least has the balls to say what he sees.

I wish the BBC would stop screwing up her prospect of becoming leader. I desperately want her to win. It'll be hilarious.

Agreed. The Beeb are doing everything in their power to stop her dead. The Andrew Neil administered drubbing was bloody.

She is doing remarkably well so far.

Jack Straw shouldn't go to the States to testify before a Congressional committee because he is only answerable to the British public! Top marks.

Also, she doesn't understand why Portillo sits so close to her on the sofa, but there must be something that attracts him.

Let's hope that she handles the rest of the questions as well as she has answered the first two questions..

Go, Diane, Go!

Well that's a frigging lie right there. Everything about her body language screams : "I fancy the arse off you, Portillo"

Tam Dalyell - now there was a proper, working-class man of the people, a true old school socialist through and through who fought his way up through the tenements of Edinburgh to protect the poor down-trodden workers from the evil tory expoiters.

You'd never realise his full name was Sir Thomas Dalyell Loch, 11th baronet of Binns having been born to an aristocratic mother would you? biggrin

We often see Andrew's eyes bulging during the interviews.

I usually imagine that Diane's hand has wandered a bit high on Portillo's thigh at this point... and that the cameraman has been ordered to stay on Neil's face until she has finished.vomit

Portillo usually looks remarkably relaxed when the camera returns to him.

She has obviously had some recent training.

My fave labour MP used to be James Purnell.

My favourite Labour politician has to be Mandy.
