PSP Go - selling with games possible?

I got a PSP Go yesterday (used up Airmiles to get it) and wanted to convert to cash - it was the most saleable item on their shop.

With their offer, I get the following games with it:

2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa
Gran Theft Auto: Vice City Stories
Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines
Gran Turismo
LittleBigPlanet
Motorstorm Arctic Edge
Wipeout Pure
Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice
Need for Speed Shift
James Cameron's AVATAR: The Game

Which seem pretty good games to me - and was tempted to keep it, but I don't think I'll use it really.

The games AFAIK download to the device, running with my (newly created) PSN login name. If I sell the unit, will another person be able to use the unit with their own details? Or will they have to use my PSN account to use the games?

I'm not bothered about the account - I only created it for this, as I'm an Xbox man normally.

They seem to be going for £200 on eBay at the moment - so I might have to brave the Nigerians scammers once more

They just advertised on TV the same bundle new from GAME for £225.

They will have to use that PSN account to use those games, but if they dont care for the games, they can use any PSN account on the device.

Ah well, put it up - thought £170 was a fair price, considering they're £200 from Play.com etc now.
