What is the PCD of a old Mini ?

The offset is different for metro and mini hubs though IIRC.
Yes, it's 4" IIRC.
There are, however, different offsets as plotloss says.
Drumbrake Minis have a narrower track than the Cooper 'S' and later disc-braked Minis. Metros are different again.
