TVR107 Paint Code Red Bull Blue

Anybody out there know where I can buy touch up paint for above. So far none of the paint suppliers including the specialists can trace the TVR code No. This is the original paint finish on my Sagaris and the ident label is clearly marked Body Code TVR 107. Can anybody help?

I believe it's a ducati colour. ICI code P965-1AV1B

I have been trying to get a recommended paint chip repair kit from Chipex, so I will pass on this information on to them to see if they can supply to this code. Are you familiar with Chipex which has been recommended to me by another TVR Club Member. Thanks again.
