any good deals on pressure washers?
Discussion
I swear I saw a karcher on sale last week from £199 down to £99. I realised at the weekend that I could use one but cannot remember where I saw it. definitely wasn't b&q as i looked at lunch. it may have been on of the supermarkets.
has anyone seen this or a similarly good deal on a pressure washer to save me fannying around?

This one http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-6108.aspx is liked to from another forum a couple of weeks ago as being half price, but it must have ended now.
I wouldn't buy anything electrical from makro - they're absolutely useless if you have any problems, and adhere 100% to the manufacturers warranty, so if ot packs up at 14mths old (and Karcher's aren't known for their longevity) then you're stuffed.
If you can access Costco they have Karcher's from time to time and such things are effectively guaranteed for ever from Costco.

yup, that must have been it at tesco. damn.
looking earlier, halfords have their own brand on sale but i was thinking i could buy a decent second hand compressor for under a ton then get a spray lance for it. likely to last far longer (man excuse) plus i can buy air tools! (/man excuse).

nilfisk 110bar
http://www.cromwell.co.uk/OSA2796110K
the first appears sturdy (18kg, 1900w motor) but i've never heard of the brand. nilfisk have a good industrial reputation but this looks decidely entry level. screwfix sell them a tenner cheaper.
others I've seen are either too flimsy or lower pressure.
really looking for reliable delivery of max. pressure without spending too much as I've just forked out for an outside tap kit, sds drills to fit it and 50m of heavy duty hose/fittings. nothing is straight forward!
