Can a mod please explain why my thread regarding the week I had on the Cannonball was removed?

It's not for MY gain, its just to show a video of this years run. I dont gain anything out of it. So, what about Harsh's self promotion. (Look on events/travel) he advertises his runs ALOT. You could suggest that pretty much everyone on the travel/events pages is advertising to a certain extent! Please mods, have a little common sense and re-instate this topic. I have loads of PH friends who were waiting to see it!

1) I'm not a mod, I was trying to help out - don't shoot the messenger

2) Showing a video of an event IS promotion (IMO).

3) Petrolhead Nirvana pay to advertise (I believe) and they run PH tours.

4) Drop Stuart or Garlick a mail - they run the shop.

I took it down in response to a report to moderators. It was promoting your business, and as someone has said above, that isn't permitted.
