Right, I'm going to miss the Ace again thanks to work and it's about time we had an old fashioned pub meet on a thursday.

So who's in for a beer and some food on a Thursday night like the good old times, somewhere around Ascot / Windsor etc?

Cheers,
Ben

PS. I would suggest the windmill but after the other thread maybe not hehe

We might be able to attend this soiree depending on how the day goes with the bank manager!

Any ideas on location yet?

Oh I am up for this and have allocated friday off already!

So long as I don't get passed a couple of pints of cranberry juice and vodka to hold in the cab...........actually I lie it hit the floor ceiling and doors lol

Bring on the old school of drink!

I wonder if the Great Knight of the famous table of doom be resurrected for one night?

Yes, somewhere in or around Windsor or Ascot.

Does that help? hehe

Oh, yes. Thank you. That answer was much clearer than the original location so now we are sure we might be in the ascot/Windsor-ish area (within 30 miles or so)

Might need to check what meeting rooms are available Friday.....

Hmm I remember last time........ Master card style
3 people into Sakura £15,
bottle of Bomb Saphic Gin £75,
Still made train home 45mins later £12,
Leaving voice mails of me "requesting" a taxi home... £priceless hehe

booking a meeting room to sleep in the next morning, some ideas have no price!

Will see if I can get out.... might need to book a hotel room....

Well we could start at the Belvedere or we could go 'all out' and start somewhere in Windsor itself, I'm not really that fussed to be honest.
