Is it the push button one?

If you've just fitted it, then perhaps you've disturbed a connection?

Water has to flow at reasonable pressure (if it's the model I think it is, then it has a low pressure LED). If that's all OK then either one of the heater coils has failed or there some kind of control problem - prehaps a pressure switch or relay has failed.

Does it have the proper shower head on it? Many people put BIG flowing heads on and then they don't get warm. They rely on slow flow through the 'kettle' to get them hot.

The one supplied with it? Or one recommended for electric showers?

Sounds like one of the elements has gone. Or the selector switch for them.
