Abu Hamza has Human Right not to be extradited
Discussion
The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has ruled that it needs more time to examine the evidence about the men, who also include Haroon Aswat and Seyla Ahsan.
It concluded that Mr Ahmad, Mr Aswat and Mr Ahsan were “at real risk” of being held in a US “super max” prison with the highest levels of security for the rest of their lives if they were convicted.
Ah, diddums, they might actually be punished!

Quite right too. Whether you despise him or not, the same law applies to him as to you or I.
The Extradition Rules between the UK and the US are horribly skewed in favour of the US.
wtf has any skew got to do with anything? he's wanted by one of our allies to answer terrorism charges, we want to extradite him but are blocked by europe. the uk is a joke, then again they don't live in europe they live in the uk so the eu doesnt care. its not like the eu stepped in and blocked gary mckinnons extradition, wrong demographic to appease i guess. mi5 should have seen to these fvcking guys long before you or i ever knew who they were. The Extradition Rules between the UK and the US are horribly skewed in favour of the US.

Why is being locked in Super max wrong? It is a civilian prison; they are not sentenced to death, so what is the EU's objection? If anything, they should push to keep us from getting the afflicted "hacker" Gary Mckinnon and give over these guys.It concluded that Mr Ahmad, Mr Aswat and Mr Ahsan were “at real risk” of being held in a US “super max” prison with the highest levels of security for the rest of their lives if they were convicted.

Frankly I don't think we should be extraditing anyone to the USA given the condition of its courts and jails.

Quite. This is a 'Human' Rights appeal against extradition on the grounds they might go to prison. It's laughable.fbrs said:
