I'm fairly new to proper photography but upon a trip to my granddads with my rebel XT (350d) we got talking about cameras and offered me his collection. Due to his glaucoma he doesn't need so I'm not to sure to do with this lot. Is there an ef to pentax mount I would keep some of the lenses and maybe give film photography ago with one of the cameras so any advice of what I have would be great.

will upload pic's later but I have:
Zenit Moshua 80
Pratica mtl 50
Zenit-e

lenses
paragon 1,2.8 135mm
pentax 2x teleconvertor
sunagor 70-200mm
paragon 200mm
helios 44mm
pentacon 1.8 50mm
helios 44-2

and various filters

I also have the manuals for a few lenses and the Zenit Moshua 80

mods could you edit the typo in the title should of been "I have inherited a few SLRs"

It's 'Is the a ef to pentax mount I would keep some of the lenses ' I'm struggling with...

If you take nice photos of each piece and list them individually on eBay you might make £175 the lot.

Damn missed that one. just wondered if keeping one for "proper photos" is worth it these days

Frankly, I'd dump the lot and use the money to buy something modern that's been designed to work with your Canon. Expect £20-30 for the bodies and £10-20 for the lenses - there is a demand from students and various flat-earth imaging masochists.
