Longers spotted!

I was walking down Melton Road in West Bridgford (Nottingham) and heard an interesting noise - I span round to see the back end of Longers car travelling towards Trent Bridge.

Going to the Cricket at Trent Bridge by change Mr Longden?

Yes it was me (in both locations) and yes I was on the way to Trent Bridge.

Not really a cricket fan but it was a corporate jobbie. I chose to drive up straight from an appointment rather than get the free coach from work (in Peterborough) so I could get home quicker. It meant I had to ignore the free bar but the huge benefit was the home via Melton Mowbray. NO traffic at all, a really warm evening and the S running sweetly

Only downer is the number of bugs now splattered all over the front of the car...
