Did this job myself, could have sworn that there was a techwiki page on seloc for it but can't seem to see it right now....
Pretty easy to do though - remove drivers side front speaker panel, disconnect the light switches, move vent air pipe to the left and you'll see the module hiding behind. I'm pretty sure that mine wasn't actually mounted properly, it was just wedged into position, the whole unit came out through the vent whole so I could disconnect one and reconnect the other. IIRC techwiki said you could just remove the circuit board from it's casing when it situ, in my case I didn't need to do that.

£41.48+VAT, form my local dealer yesterday.
While chatting with the guy when I went to pick it up, yes mine has gone as well, I happened to mention that my fog light had stopped working, I've never driven the car in fog mind you, I was just checking for the MOT. I suspected the relay so picked up a supply of the rear lights, and fed it back through a switch to the fog light, a quick fix for the MOT, save taking the dash apart hunting for the relay, er... 18 months ago.
Anyway the guy calls it the "Yamoto" relay, or something and then says something like "they are the two most commom electrical problems that the Elise suffer from". "What about the blower resistor pack that sits in water and I also need then"?
Hmm.. red face and a stutter followed.
