15w50 is what is recommended so any good quality version of it. I have Mobil 1 15w50 in my 2.9 S3

I used Mobil1 Motorsport for years until I was told if i'm changing it regularly that GTX Magnatec would be just fine, used that for years and much cheaper. Changed every 2000 miles or so
