I did.

TVR Chimaera 4.0 and 1996 Mini Equinox.

Kept the TVR and now have a Eunos Roadster (MX5) as my daily. As much fun as the Mini and the roof comes off.

My favourite was the MG metro engined kent fast road cam'd with induction kit and stainless exhaust, was great fun!

Still lament that one!

My first car was a mini 1.3i loved the little thing. Was advised to keep hold of it but well you know how the minds of teenagers work, sold it for a Mk2 MR2 at 18 and wish I hadn't shortly after A) the MR2 blew up and B) mini prices shot up

Had a 1275GT (it was my first car)....went through four engines in its time with me....eventually went to a lad around the corner who's dad put it back to a 1000 for insurance purposes.

Anyway, before it left I'd already bought a mini van....a little tired on the bodywork front but that didn't matter as it was going to be my track day learning car....only thing was...a year after getting it a Tuscan racer kind of overshadowed that idea.

Still got it though:

1293cc.
My own head with flat back race valves...can't remember the sizes.
Reground/tuftrided crank.
Lightened/balanced rods.
296 cam.
1.5 Titan roller rockers.
Hi-Vo cam drive.
45 Webber.
K & N filter.
Maniflow inlet.

KAD 4 pot calipers and vented disks.
Full cage.

Has sat around for 3 yrs now....might get it up and running this year.
