Global Warming- Could be true

I agree with this man.
You agree with the theory, or that it is rubbish. The more you think about it....
Computers pump out heat..
Power stations pump out heat..
Rockets going into space pump out a hell of alot of heat..
Every time you get on the brakes all the cars momentum is transferred to heat....lovely glowing disks
The fridge, cooker, boiler, toaster, tv, everything gives off heat.

Every electric\petrol\steam\nuclear engine gives off heat through its inefficiency. Could it be all of this heat that has warmed our planet, or is this just another rubbish theory that I have come up with.
Global warming isn't theorized as being caused by the inefficiencys in our usage of energy causing heat which walms the planet, but rather the effect of capturing more heat from the sun (green house effect) that it would otherwise have done.Consider the following, all approximate, figures from Wikipedia...
Global energy consumption (2008) = 1.504 x 10^13 watts
so lets say that 65% of this energy is transformed into heat (the rest being light, movement, noise etc.) Totally arbitrary, but probably good enough for this...
so we get 9.776 x 10^12 watts converted to heat.
Now compare this with the energy we receive from the sun = 1.740x10^17 watts
About 30% is reflected back into space so; 1.218x10^17 watts
Now, 9.776 x 10^12 divided by 1.218 x 10^17 = 8.026 x 10^-5
ie. energy through inefficiency = 0.008026% of energy received from sun (f
k all)And this excluded energy from other places which would further reduce this figure, such as cosmic, geothermal etc., and not forgetting that nuclear fuel sits in the ground getting warm by its self anyway.
Global warming (if you believe the theory is about capturing that 30% that normally escapes into space.
Disclaimer: I'm not an expert and may be completely wrong, would the people in the know try not to make me look too stupid when responding to the above.

Of course it could be true. It’s no good coming up with a money making scam if the theory is totally implausible.
What you need is a plausible story that nobody can prove one way or the other for years.
The orbit of the Earth wobbles and historically this has always caused the Earth to go through cycles of heating and cooling.
The question is could the effect of human activity be sufficient to make any significant difference. If Humans warm the planet at a time that it’s naturally cooling then it may actually make the climate more stable than it would otherwise have been.

The planet has at times been a lot cooler and a lot hotter than it is now.
it will continue to do this with or without us(humans) here
