Flies- tasty blighters (not)

Anyone else been ingesting abnormal amounts of insects when working hard recently? Last few rides I've ended up retching on the side of the road after inhaling bloody flies

Eye protection also recommended! After one little bd flew into my eye and wouldn't budge. Took a lot of water to get rid!

I cycled along a canalpath today..

Not doing that again without eye protection and preferably a facemask!
