Well atleast they changed hotels. Hopefully this one will have better rooms?

If the food is like last years, you'll be very dissapointed. I still don't know what it was...

That said, if everyone else goes I'll probably end up going as BTaP is more about spending time with friends than anything else.

+1 hehe

JR, Hazel, Nigel, All you locals, any thoughts?

The hotel has already annoyed me though by trying to charge and extra £60 for breakfast for two nights!

Agree wholeheartedly and I thought our BTaP alternative a couple of years ago was a good do at half the price. Where's those XLifts when you need them? hehe

I've just booked, Fri & Sat. No idea if I can make it yet but can be cancelled if I can't. I reckon the rates will soon go up as seems to be a flurry of bookings happening so just hedging my bets really.

I might go, but this time I won't be;
A moving house
B Breaking a gear box mount
C strawpeedo'ing wine from the bottle

Well I am aiming for 2 out of 3hehe

Actually looking at the all the options, I will be giving it a miss like Speckle - Been there done that got the T-Shirt!

Not sure to be honest. Last year was fun and all that, but it was bloody expensive for one average night out. Certainly won't be shelling out for a new dress this year if we do go. If the whole gang is up for it though it is great to see everybody, and you do all brush up so nicely bowtie

There's no mention of the entertainment! Do we get our favourite PH band again?

For me I'd be happy with either a re-run of jeans and curry or go to BTaP again, however smiles per £ jeans and curry won by miles and I'd happily organise something like that again if it's what people would rather.

Well I've not worn my tux since last years' bash, so it would be good to give it another airing!

And it would be okay to spend a night with you lot too I guess! wink

Should be able to get Mrs_Revs to come too!

I won't be going. I am perfectly happy spending money on a night out, but I have uet to hear one person say that it is value for money. I would easily be persuaded otherwise, but a pint and a curry with mates seems an acceptable alternative.

Now I wasn't there last year but I have 2 questions...

Firstly, Do they sell separate tickets this year purely for the SAS friday night pre-party pissup hehe

Secondly, Is this band coming back?? rofl
