Sticky overload
Discussion
Is it only me that never looks at or even notices stickies? It's because they're always there so I never even glance at them.
Maybe it would be a good idea to make the sticky icon red if it's a new one & maybe a different colour if a sticky has been changed or replied to.

Your brain gets used to them and automatically filters them out after a while, unless you are specifically looking for them. Even if we made the icon turn red and flash, you'd still filter them out pretty quickly.Maybe it would be a good idea to make the sticky icon red if it's a new one & maybe a different colour if a sticky has been changed or replied to.
They do work well for passing information to new members though, and for making sure things are easy to find.
