seat belt bolt won't budge

Hi all

The bolt holding the seat belt reel to the mounting plate just will not budge. I have tried for the wheel arch and inside the car. Any tips?

Usual stuff, freeing oil, heat, whack the head with a hammer, impact wrench. After that your onto the more destructive stuff, nut spliters, grinders and drilling.
As a last resort one of my neighbours is a retired explosives expert. (not had to use her services yet but I'm tempted on occasions)

Nut splitter it is then, screwfix here I come!

Nope and I wouldnt use them if I had, fittings OK but who knows what condition the webbing is in
