Afternoon all,

My weekend at the nurburgring wasn't 100% successful, particularly with the way the radiator fan self-destructed and put a blade through the radiator. So I'm looking at a rad re-core once the Tiv gets back into the country. I know there's these guys http://www.kempstonradiators.com/ but they're up in bedford, and I'm wondering if anybody knows of somewhere a bit more local?

Thanks,
Chris

I've used Berkshire Radiators in Caversham for three radiator recores on three Chimaeras - in each case i took them the rad at 6pm, they called by 3pm the next day to say it was done.

Cost between £130 and £150 (prices have gone up over the last few years, unsurprisingly).

No worries - careful though, taking the rad out (and putting it back in) is a proper knuckle-scraping job. Good luck!

Yes, unfortunately I only fitted the rad as a nice new unit less than 6 months ago! Nevermind though.
