Re Bike Parking in London - Success !

A month or so ago I got a parking ticket whilst being parked on one of those skylights in the pavement. I'd always thought it was something that youcould get away with on a bike.
Anyway PH feedback wasn't that good, but guess what - I complained that it was private property and that I had permission on the landlord (my arse !) and I got an apology from Camden council !!!
