MG's looking good

I saw the 12hrs from...can't remember, should be replying to that other topic, frankly...last night. Anyway it was the US. Le Mans series. Audi cleaned up courtesy of GoJonnyGo Herbert and his chums, and the MG lolas did really well.
I can't see them beating the Audis, yet, but this is just the sort of direction that Rover should be taking. I cheered them on aux Mans last year, and I'm looking forward very much to doing so again in June. I just hope they don't conk out in front of me like last time, to a sorry ripple of 'nice try' applause.
Oh, and one of the best things about the weekend has to be the hordes of frenchies who come out to cheer you home after the race. They're obviously there to admire the TVR's, etc, but i got cheers and waves in a volvo estate! Magic
